SMT placement machine operation safety rules

1) The machine operator should receive operational training under the correct method.
2) Check the machine, replace parts or repair and internal adjustment should be turned off

    (the machine must be repaired by pressing the emergency button or power off).

3) Make sure to read the coordinates and adjust the machine when the YPU (programming part) is in your hands to stop the

    machine at any time.

4) Make sure that the “interlocking” safety equipment is kept valid to stop the machine at any time. 

    The safety detection on the machine can not be skipped or shorted, otherwise it is very prone to personal or machine safety accidents.

5) Only one operator is allowed to operate one machine during production.
6) During the operation, it is true that all parts of the body such as hands and heads are outside the range of machine movement.
7) The machine must have a proper grounding (true grounding, not zero line).
8) Do not use the machine in a gas or extremely dirty environment.
