SMT placement machine basic operation process
The most basic of the placement machine is that the operator should have the most accurate judgment. (1) The PCB board to be mounted enters the work area and is fixed at a predetermined position.
(2) The component material is installed in the feeder, and installed to the position where the patch head is sucked according to the position set in the program.
(3) The head will move to the position of the pick-up element, open the vacuum, the nozzle is lowered to pick up the component, and then the vacuum sensor is used to detect whether the component is sucked.
(4) Perform component identification, and compare the component characteristics of the component library with the components that are picked up. If the comparison is not met after the evaluation, the component is thrown into the waste box, and if the comparison is evaluated, the center position of the component is Angle calculation.
(5) According to the setting in the program, adjust the rotation angle of the component through the Z axis of the patch head, and move the patch head to the position set by the program so that the center of the component coincides with the mounting position of the PCB board.
(6) The nozzle of the placement machine will drop to the height set by the program, the vacuum will be turned off, and the component will fall, and the component placement operation will be completed.
(7) After all the components are mounted, the nozzle is placed in place, and the PCB board is transferred to the set position. The entire PCB board placement operation is completed.
