The working principle of the vacuum generator is to use a nozzle to inject compressed air at a high speed.
The outlet forms a jet, thereby generating entrainment flow. Under the action of entrainment,
the air around the nozzle outlet is continuously sucked, so that the pressure in the adsorption chamber drops below
the atmospheric pressure, forming a certain degree of vacuum. ToThere are two types of vacuum pumps:
one is a rotary vane vacuum pump, which is one of the basic vacuum equipment in vacuum technology,
the other is a high-oxygen vacuum pump, whose working principle is to obtain high vacuum by using
the rotary vane working method.
In fact, the characteristic of the vacuum generator is that the required pumping volume is small,
the vacuum degree is not high, and it works intermittently; while the rotary vane vacuum pump is divided into
single-stage and double-stage, and the double-stage is the structure of two single-stage, the pumps can be
connected in series to obtain a higher degree of vacuum and remove the dry gas in the sealed container,
the grease used in the high-oxygen vacuum pump is fluorine oil, which can effectively prevent the unsafe factors of
explosion caused by high oxygen content. Choose a vacuum generator or vacuum pump for installation according to your needs.
1. Vacuum generator: The working pressure of vacuum suction cups can be calculated at -0.5 atmospheres,
that is, 0.5KG/CM2==5G/MM2, and the suction power is more than easy to cause waste.
2. Vacuum pump: Generally, it can be above -0.9 atm.
1) Where there is already compressed air, it is a good solution to use a vacuum generator to obtain vacuum.
2) Where there is no compressed air, it is more convenient to use a micro vacuum pump to obtain vacuum.
3) What is unreasonable is to use an air compressor with a vacuum generator to obtain this vacuum.
3. Micro vacuum pumps, micro air pumps, and micro negative pressure pumps are oil-free and maintenance-free,
and can be widely used in industrial automation equipment such as manipulators, chip adsorption devices, printing machinery, etc.
4. The vacuum pump is about the release of the object after being sucked. After the pump is stopped,
the object may not fall off immediately, because the pump has a certain pressure holding capacity,
and the vacuum generator will continue to maintain for a while.
5. Insufficient micro-vacuum pump: Although it is oil-free, you are not afraid of pumping moist gas,
but the gas must be clean and dust-free, otherwise a filter is installed, otherwise the accumulation of dust
in the pump will cause the suction to drop.
6. Insufficient vacuum generator: The vacuum generator is designed through piping and produces relatively less vacuum
through the speed of compressed air. The consumption of compressed air is relatively large, while the power consumption
of the air compressor is relatively large, and the same flow of vacuum is used. , The energy consumption of vacuum generators
is 3-5 times that of vacuum pumps, so factories are not suitable for large-scale use of vacuum generators,
which is not conducive to energy saving.
7. Single-stage vacuum generator
A single-stage vacuum generator is a single-nozzle vacuum generator. There are ordinary single nozzle vacuum generators,
linear vacuum generators and integrated vacuum generators. Compared with linear vacuum generators, ordinary single-nozzle vacuum
generators have a slightly larger volume and a slightly larger flow rate. Compared with multi-stage vacuum generators,
the flow rate is relatively small. The linear vacuum generator has the smallest volume and the smallest flow rate,
and is usually connected in the middle of the air pipe. The integrated vacuum generator was developed to further compress
the volume and reduce the failure rate of the air pipe. It is generally composed of a single-stage vacuum generator,
a vacuum filter, a silencer, a vacuum generating electromagnetic switch, a compressed air blowback electromagnetic switch,
a pressure sensor with a vacuum setting function, and a digital signal line with a standard interface.
These vacuum generators are widely used in automated assembly lines in electronics, automobiles and other fields.
