Introduction：

一. Features and functions

2. Each tin paste placement tank has an independent time control. After setting the time, the tin paste tank will automatically sink, the tin paste will automatically sink after the completion of temperature return, and the tin paste will automatically pop up after the completion of temperature return.

3. In the case of power failure, if the set time is not reached, the solder paste bottle will not be taken out, so as to avoid mixing and wrong taking.

4. Solder paste tanks of different specifications and models can be used on the same equipment.

5. The temperature shall be returned to 4 cans of 500g solder paste at the same time.

6. Turn off the power switch after use.

二. Installation

1. Please place the machine on a level and stable desktop or ground to avoid shaking.

2. Please check that the voltage specification (AC220V) of the machine is consistent with the voltage specification of the mains power supply, and connect the 220V power supply.

3. Please confirm whether there is any foreign matter in the groove of the machine to avoid unnecessary trouble.


三. Debugging
1. Make sure that the machine is placed stably.

2. Place the solder paste tank to be rewarming completely in the groove fixture of the machine, then start the corresponding power solder paste to automatically sink and start rewarming, and the solder paste will automatically pop up after rewarming.

3. Adjust the panel time to a better temperature return time according to the solder paste quality and cold storage.

4. Press the start switch, the best air pressure is 5kg, and each tin paste can be operated independently.
